With over 11 years of experience across the energy spectrum—Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Renewables, and Nuclear—Anna brings valuable insights to our executive leadership team.

She began her career in investment banking at Credit Suissein London, where she advised oil majors, E&P and utility companies on M&A transactions and capital markets financing. Anna has developed extensive expertise in international M&A deal origination and execution, contract negotiation, and financial modelling.

Anna holds a BSc in Economics from University College London (UCL) and a Masters in Finance from London Business School, where she was a Women's Merit Scholarship recipient.

In her role as Commercial Director, Anna will lead AdTerra's investment and fundraising strategies, overseeing the entire investment lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure. She will also explore diverse capital-raising avenues to support our growth objectives in the energy transition sector.
